Is THIS Joy?

with Rev. Jim Boone

Do you use spiritual bypass in your quest to feel joy and not "bad" emotions? In order to avoid thoughts that might create that disastrous reality you so fear? Spiritual bypass is the tendency to use spiritual ideas or practices to sidestep difficult emotions or unresolved issues. Rev. Jim talks about acknowledging and honoring all your feelings without their becoming your story. Only by going through your emotions, and not around them, can you truly find joy.

ABOUT REV. Jim Boone
